How do I buy a deal?: Open a deal, choose an option if needed, and select Buy now. Pay securely at checkout.
What payment methods can I use?: Credit/debit cards via Stripe, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported.

Vouchers & redemption

Where are my vouchers?: Under My Vouchers in your account — available immediately after purchase.
How do I redeem?: Show the QR code or read the code to staff in-store.

Refunds & account

Can I get a refund?: Unredeemed vouchers can be refunded within the cooling-off period shown on the deal.
How do I change my details?: Update your profile and notification preferences in your account.
